Our baby at 5 weeks & 2 days. What a sight!

PARENTAL GUIDANCE: "THE A/C"

A while ago a guy from the hospital's maintenance department came to the recovery room to check on the cetral airconditioning. Apparently, there was a complaint among the nursing staff, the doctors and the patients about the room temperature. The guy told us that temp reading is 2o C and its not that cold. I told them that the report was this morning. There is a difference between temperatures during the morning and in the afternoon. If thay had come when we first complained they would have felt how cold it is. Moron! Mornings here felt like being in Siberia! Imagine wearing scrubs in a cold place. I told him that his digital thermometer is not accurate. My nipples are far more sensitive than that damn gadget! If I was The Rock, I would have probably said: "Take that digital thermometer... squeeze a generous amount of KY Jelly on it...twist it on one side...and SHOVE IT UP YOUR *$$!!!" But then again I'm nothing like him. But in my worst day I would have put "please" in both ends of that message. =>

OIE! IM BACK!

Hi everyone! Sorry for the late update. I have been seriously up soaked up with work and I didn't have the time to blog. So what's up? We are currently preparing for the baby, re-thinking previous plans and savoring the little joys of parenting our unborn child. But the bottom line is, we just want a healthy normal child. We get scared when we hear from friends about a child born with congenital defects and stuff. It just breaks our hearts. I hope the Lord bless us with a healthy one. It doesn't matter what sex the baby will be... for now! Hehehe! But we are really hoping for a girl. Well, I think it will be a girl. To be a person who makes a baby for a living I would think that it will be one. Want to make a bet? Although, my wife doesn't agree that we should spoil the surprise once the gender is already visible. She said there are some things that should be better left alone. That makes it more difficult to think of a name.

Oh! Which reminds me, a friend of ours said it should be a Lance or a Lancheolot. Nice name girl, but I didn't like the role that this guy did on King Arthur and the Knights of Round Table. We wanted a distinct name. They said that there is something in a name that leads a person who carries it to greatness. Do you believe that? There is no Inday or Dodong who made it to the history books. Sure they are popular, but there is nothing great about it. I wanted our baby's name to have a recall. A name that never leaves your mind like Brad Pitt or Diana Zubiri. Hehehe! Kidding aside, don't you think that they would make a great movie?!

Some months ago I've been receiving invitations to view my friends new "FriendsterBlog". I was just surprised to see an empty page after going through the trouble of signing in! What is wrong with you people? I followed it up, and I constantly tried to view each one of them everytime I sign in, but all I see is an empty page. So to all of you out there who keeps a blogsite in the works, please write something! We want to hear from you.
